Emigrated - want to move buy out bond, but how?

Hi there!

I worked for many years, diligently saving into my PRSA and even making AVCs.

Anyway, life's circumstances change and now I'm emigrating to New Zealand, most likely for good.

My old PRSA is now in a buy-out bond and I'd very much like to move it with me and put it into a Kiwisaver account, and I have no intention of touching the money until retirement.

Can anyone suggest any advice on how to get this done? Or can anyone perform this service for me?

You'll need to get it done from the New Zealand end.

Am I right in that you can withdraw your money from the Kiwisaver tax free? The Revenue will make you jump through hoops to make sure you're not pulling a fast one before they will permit that transfer.
