Emergency flare container

Hi,

I am looking for 'tubes' or holders for holding emergency flares. they must be waterproof as they will be stored on my person in my lifejacket for use when kayaking. Anyone have experience ofsomething like this

I presume one of those specialist maritime shops (e.g. down the Dublin docks or out in Dun Laoghaire etc.) should be able to help? My only experience with martime flares is at football matches!

As far as I am aware Dunmore East Adventure Centre have these.
