Travelled to Sunny Beach a couple of times and will never go back there. It's much nicer up the northern coastline (from Varna to Cape Kaliakra). Sunny Beach is way over developed. Whatever price you are offered off plan I guarantee that you could get a nicer apartment fully finished much cheaper if you go there (i.e. thousands of resale apartments but nobody there to buy them). Either way I wouldn't buy there.
