Email Newsletters

Hi, could anyone recommend good software (free preferably) for designing and distrbuting a newsletter for a small business. I would only intend to send it out to about 50 people on a fortnightly or monthly basis. Two I have come across are newsweaver and mailchimp, however, I'm not sure if they do the same thing. Any help appreciated.

I would strongly recommend MailChimp - it is very easy to use and free up to 1000 subscribers (I think).

I use it for my company (~1,500 subscribers) and it is great. They have great guides on getting started - print them off and have a read before doing anything.
