I was a sports committee member with list of over 150 e mail addresses.I want to hand over this list to the incomming committee. Is there any way I can save them to file and and email them on the the new secetary.

Where do you have the list at present? In what format?

On outlook under contacts .I manually built it up over the last 2 years. I have been able to save it as a file. I have sent this file to the new guy .I assume he can just save it or import it?

You could have just sent it as an email attachment from outlook.

Hopefully you have prior authorisation from the owners of the email addresses to share them with another person on another computer.

Probably yes, though it depends what format you saved it in, and what software he is using.
