Has anyone got an email contact for customer services in Aer Lingus
Flight was cancelled due to snow and had to stay in hotel. Aer Lingus said they would pay.Wrote up my letter and sent it to their customer services address. When I ring to see the update on it nobody can tell me. I asked to speak to customer service and was told they don't take phone calls. All I want to know is have they received my letter and what is the update on this
