Assuming you have some sort of mortgage issues (arrears etc) with the need to contact them.
Call the 01 709 2000 and ask for the Collections Department. When going through the automatic selection options, choose the one that is something like "I would like to make a payment" as that'll get someone asap to answer your call and then go through whatever it is you need to.
Get an address to send a letter from the person and follow it up with a registered letter to get on record your issues contacting them etc....always better to have an audit trail if it goes to court (worst case scenarios etc).
