The payee must be set up on the bank online site, after entering all pins memorial data, a code is sent to your mobile phone to enter as verification, then memorial data is entered again for payment, and if it's a once off payment the payee is deleted when finished.
Last time I set up a payment the pin number sent to my mobile disappeared and no way could I get the online bank site to send me another code number
