Electricity Pylon Close to house

Hi,

I am in the process of buying a house and have just submitted the deposit. I took some photos of the area surrrounding the house and noticed that there is an electricity pulon just accross the road. It is one of those metal masses.

I am a little worried of the health risks that it may pose on myself and my family. Can anyone shed any light on this or am I being a little over cautious?
 
It's impossible to answer your query without getting into discussion of medical queries really which is against the rules.

My own view is that you are being over cautious. Do you use a mobile phone? That's a lot closer to your brain than the pylon, will you stop using a mobile phone?
