Hi, we are in a process of buying a house and we were given an electrical cert by the vendor in relation to the electrical works in the house. The cert notes the following: neutral and earth cables not connected up in sequence and a note that this does not comply with current rules.
What does that mean, is this something serious that we need to be concerned, can this be fixed, should we be looking into fixing it after we buy the house or should we ask vendor to look into this now?
