On this months merchant billing statement it has a new charge;

when I phoned the helpline there is an announcement to say they are aware of the error and have taken steps to rectify.
If you are an Elavon customer, ensure you get the €20 and consider making a complaint to FR as these guys are notorious for amending charges in their favour.
