I had 100 shares in Elan - With the recent dealing, I thought I has received whatever cash payment for which I was eligible. To complicate matters I have transferred my shares back to Ireland from a UK dealer- I closed the account. I have now received an email from this UK share dealing site to ask me to complete a US computershare account for these shares.7
From what I can make out - I will receive .07636 shares per Elan share I held which equates to 7.4 shares. NO big deal until I checked and see that perrigo is worth €164 per share... Is this right?? How do I go about selling these then?
Any advise truly appreciated,
