eircom net free mail contact no?

Does anyone have a contact number for eircom.net. i tried 1550 233 233 all morning, but no reply

I have a huge email (2.5e ' 10 17 in size!!)sitting in my inbox dated 1/1/1970 which i cant delete. Even tried the online clear box on eircom but it said the inbox is empty!

any help appreciated.

thanks Paddy.. just got in touch through a business contact number. Seems like this is a problem with more than one email today.. so watch out. The mail size is so big its denoted in secientific notation.
 
update.. this mail had corrupted our mail box and eircom have had to wipe the account. Definite learning curve experience.. all mail now being downloaded daily.
