Eircom email with attachments going into a black hole

I've noticed over last few months email attachments are not being received and simply dissapearing into a black hole. I thought it was those only going to Gmail accounts so wasn't worried but now I've discovered some aren't going to even another eircom account.
Has anyone else problems using Eircom as their email provider?

Are you sending these emails through your PC or through Eircom's webmail interface?

I'm sending them through my own PC.

Hmm - Chances are the problem lies there then. I would consider temporarily disabling your anti virus protection and try to resend. Programs like AVG can play havok with attachments from my experience.

Don't forget to re enable after you've tested this
