I work in a small business, 10 meg broadband, 4 lines, bills of 500 euro a month with eircom. Our package adapts to the amount and type of calls we make ( landline vs mobile)
I contacted BT, and got a quote of 320 plus VAT for the same, with the broad band at 7 megs. ( 1000min mobile/ 3000 min landline, we use much less than this allowance)
I rang eircom today to ask if they could match this, and they did not seem interested.
Has anyone managed to argue eircom down, without the inconvenience of changing provider? What would an effective tactic be?
