eircom broadband stats

Yes, it doesn't work, and hasn't for at least 3 weeks. I've emailed Eircom broadband support several times to be told it would be fixed "soon", last email saying:

Don't hold your breath. BTW I also asked it they would be charging customers for going over their download allowance and was told"
In relation to billing querry please contact Customer Services on 1800
200 481 or billings on 1901 as Technical Support are only able to help
with post installation technical queries regarding Broadband

have gone through the same rubbish emails myself asking same questions as Dave. Getting same answers. I was able to log on over weekend but considering the site gave me traffic stats for January when we didn't even have broadband I wonder a lot about how accurate it might be...
 
Thanks for your reply, mine has 100%+ on it since 2nd of march when I have never gone over my allowance before
 
Its seems the stats page is now back online but giving stupid numbers, I'm also 100%+ yet it says I've downloaded less than 3MB. Silly sods!
