I took a 2 months Broadband free trial early this month, when I registered I was told its free for 2 months... I got the modem from them & when I tried it didn't work since DSL is NOT Enabled in my landline. I asked them to Enable it, then it worked. I got a Bill yesterday it shows 81 Euros charged for Enabling the DSL.

It seems to me its wrong and illegal to charge me 81 Euros to Enable DSL since I can't use Broadband without Enabling it. I can not see any information in their website saying DSL enabling involves any charge.

Just I am wondering any one come across this before? Is it worth make a complaint?

AFAIK they way it works is if you keep your dsl then the next 2 months will be free, if you cancel it they will refund the €81
 
Even if they are going refund the 81 Euros charge after 2 months trial period (if I cancel the Broadband service), what about the VAT related to the above charge (I think its 21%, 17:01 Euros). I'm missing something here.
