Eflow - Who do I complain to

I have been quering a journey since 21st March 2009. I have made numerous call (which more that out ways the cost of the original journey). I have a log of these call and I have also sent an email detailing my call log. I keep been told that the picture has been reviewed but nobody seems to know what the outcome of that review was. I was not even in Dublin that week. I can't get a response out of eflow - they will not give any escalation numbers or even a supervisor you could talk too. I have reached a blank wall with them - Is there some complaints authority I can complain too or do I need to take this down the legal route. I just want an answer with the evidence that they felt it was right to deduct money from my account. Please advise... I am at my wits end.
