New here after getting a warning of unpaid penalty when registering a vehicle in account for video charging.
May have happened when wife was around that part of country last month. Northern vehicle.
To date we have not received any penalty notification.
Is there anything in legislation or any agreement or protocol regarding a time frame for Eflow to send out notices of unpaid tolls?
I only registered with eflow last week so would not be bound by their Agreement prior to that.
