I am interested to hear back has anybody try to contact the ombudsman or a T.D. about the problems with eflow.ie
I am sick to my teeth with them. I am still disputing a payment i had correctly made back in October that was correct. I paid the €6 on time. They have rejected this twice now. I reluctantly sent them a screenshot of my banking365 credit card details to have this cleared up but this was not enough.
I have now requested a credit card statement which has cost me €13 to satisfy them.
Everytime i have try to discuss they have told me that it is in dispute and cannot. One of their representative will not contact me. I have tried tonnes of emails and no one has every replied. How am i suppose to state a case.
Enough is enough!
