As expected.

Now 18 months at 1%.

Hopefully the banks will take their cue and keep variable rates on hold too.

Mine is at ECB + 0.95%, so happy with this news. Lets hope it continues for another year or so !!

It better last a long while.. I'm getting my tracker in January at ECB + 1.35%. Can't wait!

Sorry to ask a different question - but I thought that you couldn't get a tracker rate mortgage at the moment???

PaddyW is most likely coming off a fixed rate which moves to a tracker as per original agreement.
I'm delighted with my ECB + .5 so 1.5%. Need is as budget is going to kill me.

Oscar, exactly as niceoneted pointed out, coming off a fixed rate and will be transferred to a tracker as per my loan agreement
