Marginal lending facility 5.00 % Main refinancing operations Minimum bid rate 4.00 % Deposit facility 3.00 % i take it, on this page, http://www.ecb.int/stats/monetary/rates/html/index.en.html the relevant rate is, Variable rate tenders Minimum bid rate?
