We have an EBS joint Moneymanager account. We have two debit cards on it. We downloaded the App so we could make online purchases.
Today, my wife tried to use her card to make an online purchase but was refused. Stating that she had to download the EBS App. It appears that we did this, but during the process only one card (my card) was linked to the App. Does it not follow that both cards would have been linked to the App as it is a joint account? Or do they have to be done individually?
We have one iPhone between the two of us. Can we have two Apps for the joint account for each card on the one phone or is it one App with two cards linked to the App?
