EBS BonusSave - A good investment?

Hi All,
EBS are offering a unit-linked regular savings plan that will pay out 25% of your first year's savings at the end of year 5. There are a choice of 2 funds.

As yet, I cant find any information on charges for the fund on the website.
Is this a good investment or should I stick with Quinn's Freeway funds?

This is an Irish Life product. You need to check out what the charges are before considering whether or not to invest. You also need to decide whether or not the two funds offered suit your risk profile.

From the brochure, it looks like they will reduce your bonus if you drop the amount you are paying monthly even after year 1! This is called "flexibility"!
