EBS 3.5% 9 month....I want out?

I rang today and they were pretty adamant that I cant do anything to take it out. However I am a bit worried about things and would rather a penalty than having to sit out the 9 months. What can I do?
 
Your stuck till maturity date.

Some banks allow early withdrawal from term deposits while some other banks don't.

What is the maturity date of your term deposit?
 
I mean if its stuck in there until then god knows that the exchange rates will be by the time I get it out.

Would it be possible to get a loan out from them for the amount of what I have in the savings?
 
You would need to give a reason for the loan !!!

I don't think EBS would accept a "loan to offset savings risk" as a reason !!

If you can find those T&C's then present them to EBS and ask for your money inside 60 days.
