In their t & c they said if we don't hear from you on or b4 the maturity date we will roll this over into another 1yr fixed rate a/c
About 10 days ago I got a letter from HQ alerting me to the pending maturity and of course offering me a few juicy interest rates to re-invest.
Where possible and appropriate I like to exchange info by email, so banged off an email to info@ebs, subject: similar to above title and with ref to the name on the signed letter I received. Included my phone number.
It will be a week tomorrow and still no email or call back despite having requested acknowledgement of my insturctions.
A trip to their office now looms while they still have an office here
