eBay - how do I get a refund from Paypal?

Hi - I bought an item this morning via Paypal. There was Paypal protection for in excess of the purchase price and the members ID had been validated by eBay. Subsequently eBay mailed me stating

"Unfortunately, eBay has removed this listing. All bids or offers on this listing have been canceled. Because the listing was ended, you no longer have any obligation to purchase this item. "

Can someone please advise how do I go about getting my money back?

On the ebay site click on the Paypal icon and go to customer service. I had a claim for non receipt of goods in December 2007 and they were most efficient in dealing with it. I received my refund within about two weeks of my query.

Did you check to see if you were charged?
A very similar thing happened to me a while back and my CC was never charged - I didn't have to do anything.

I checked the PP account and it was charged - haven't checked it on my CC yet but it probably wouldn't show up yet anyway....
