Check out the Dublin bus website - they have a special offer every Thursday in December for holders of all prepaid tickets. It might even be worth buying a cheap ticket if you don't have one.

Sorry Pickle, I missed the word "center" in your question. Georges Bistro, South Fredrick St. do a very enticing early bird at a good price. Just off Nassau st. Google for menu.
