I have booked a flight with easyjet. It has been confirmed and it says I have paid but the credit transaction hasn't appeared on my statemnent yet. Anyone have this problem before?
2 weeks , thats a bit long ,it should have hit your credit card by now .
Best bet would be to ring their customer service department with your reference number and take it from there
Finally after 2 and half weeks they put the transaction through on the credit card. Talk about leavin me waiting. Also I rang the irish customer service number. It's automated and constantly refers to the website. Very frustrating and unhelpful
