Eastern Algarve

Has anyone invested in the Eastern Algarve? I've heard it much Quieter than the rest of the Algarve and going there on a viewing trip in January. Also anybody had any dealing with Invernico?

Was over there last year...Cabanas lovely but undeveloped and short on facilities...will be lovely when they build a pedestrian bridge to beach..currently by boat....I have a number of a Dublin guy who manages property over there and he can give you a good insight if Ivernico doesn't work out...
