Someone i know put down deposit on a simmilar house to this in East Wall this week. I was amazed at the price.

Any guesses...
 
To be perfectly honest with you, I do not know too much about the areas infrastructure but it seems pretty close to town and unless there are big crime problems in the area, the price seems fair enough to me.
Probably more a 1 st home rather than a family home i would think.
 
Yes but that was the advertised price. What do you think it actually went for ?

 
What is the purpose of this thread-is it to discuss the desirability or otherwise of East Wall, or is it idle chit chat as to what a particular house sold for?

Guess a bit of both really

No seriously just a reflection on current house prices in East Wall and the amount to which prices can go-beyond the asking.

It went for 552. (+33 stamp)
