east cork golf club - site

o.k. guys - i have (once more) found a suitable site .near east cork golf club in midleton , the only access to the site is quite literally a cow path barely wide enough for a saloon car to pass through.
does anyone know of anything of a rumoured bypass for midleton which goes near the area to bypass the town if coming from mill road direction and connecting to the dual carraigeway at waterrock ??

I don't think it's a rumour - check the local library or town council offices as far as I know the future plans for the town bypass are available there.
