Earnings insurance - Is there any earning protection insurance for non-paying tenants

Hey ,

I was wondering if any insurance covers landlords getting stuck with tenants who dont pay as a type of earnings cover similar to being made redundant policies?

I thought that some such policy was mentioned on another thread recently? I'd imagine that the premiums for such insurance would be hefty to the point of making it of questionable value or viability though.
