Earnings from Hosting Foreign Language Students

Hi, I host language students. I was wondering if I exceed the 14k limit on the rent a room scheme, can I take into account the money I spend on meals (3 a day) increased bills and petrol money, when calculating the 14k figure?
My mortgage has increased by 600 euros per month as I am on a tracker I’m trying to make ends meet

No. The 14k is limit including services provided in connection with the letting.

You could switch to renting rooms to Irish students instead. They would take care of their own food and transport needs.
