Hi All,

Im new to the forum hope you guys can point me in the correct direction.

I am looking for earnings announcements / results calendars for the big US UK and Irish stocks.

I have found a few namely yahoo finance and bloomberg; however, their calendars do not match and it is difficult to see whether it is a result our an announcement...

Is there anywhere i can download an excel of this data for the coming year. Actually how far in advance to companies announce they will be making these announcements?!!

Well for the UK market they work on once a year for full year figures. In the US companies announce the results each quartre. The whole purpose of the market is not to be clockwork so to speak. Surprise makes a market -- whether to go up or down.
