Earliest possible arrival time in london

I've been trawling the airline websites trying to find a flight that will land early enough in london so that I can get down to Aldershot for 9.

Whats the earliest flight leaving either Dublin or Shannon to Gatwick/Heathrow/City/Luton??

Probably out of luck as have checked the obvious airlines...unless theres an obscure one i've overlooked...?

City or Luton would be useless for Aldershot

Earliest weekday arrival from Dublin to Gatwick is Aer Lingus at 8.10

Earliest weekday arrival from Dublin to Heathrow is Aer Lingus and BMI .. both of which are due in at about 8.15

Given the usual ATC delays at both these airports arrival times at that hour of the morning can't be guaranteed.

Realistically if you have to absolutely need to be in Aldershot for 9.00 .. you'd have to go over the night before
