Would appreciate thoughts on this.
We are just about to put our apartment on the market and notice another one in the complex has also just been put on the market. Our apt is about 55 sq metres. The EA has advertised the other apt as 70 sq mtrs
I'm not overly concerned about the other apt. Ours is in better condition and the other needs work, has storage heating and is ground floor - we will be looking for a higher price. But am concerned naturally that prospective buyers might be put off by our "smaller" apartment with a higher price.
I know they are the same size (I even checked with the builders). Can I/ Should I do anything?
Cheers
