I am looking at buying a 4 bed semi detached rental property in Dunvale, Frankfield, Cork. It will cost about 440k excluding stamp duty. Expect to have a mortgage of 370k.
I intend to live there in 1 to 2 years but rent the house out until we relocate to Cork.
Can anyone tell me what the area is like? Is it in a good location for renting and for living in? What monthly rental income would one expect? I have checked on Daft.
Also what is the current trend with house prices in Cork and what are the best areas for buying investment property?
