Dunsink Green, Finglas

Hello

Anyone know this area? My friend is looking to buy a house (first time buyer) here but a little worried about this particular part of Finglas. Any feedback at all would be great.

Wouldn't live there myself....Drive through the area and have seen a lot of anti-social behaviour, teenagers speeding cars etc. Somone I know sold their house there about a year ago and left...House was left vacant for a few weeks and local kids (allegedly) broke in and it was burned down.....
