Dundrum Co Tipperary

I am currently looking to buy a house in Dundrum Co. Tipperary and I was wondering if anyone has any input on the place, especially its rental potential.

i only know dundrum from driving through but i do know tipp town very well and have been told that a lot of the recently built houses there were bought for investment and have yet to find tenants.
 
I know Dundrum very well and I know its a great investment to buy there. There are no houses to rent there at the moment all are rented.

I know of many rented 3 bed houses with rent 750 to 850 euro pm.

i would be careful though in buying the houses on the Rectory grounds.

Thanks for the input. What is wrong with the ones on the Rectory grounds?

I was also looking at a new estate in Ballagh which is close to Dundrum any input on that village would be great.

Why would you not share the information with the rest of the forum?

What is drving rental demand in this part of the country?

Am I being suspicious, or is somebody trying to flog some hard-to-move property in Dundrum?

Dundrum? Investment? Are you kidding?
