see your point. auto would argue to buy what you can afford in the better area but in this case its an apartment. on that grounds I ( and its personal) would go with a semi D .
Nothing to do with snobbery, I just like the area and it seems to be the best part of the town. If I was to buy a house in the Dundalk area I would buy it in Blackrock, with an eye to selling it at some stage. Location. location, location!Auto some might consider that to be a very snobbery remark, house in Blackrock are way too dear in comparison to Dundalk. I looket at the houses in the loakers, and they are very basic and small for 270k... and I actually don't think you can call The loakers blackrock anyways. So is what you are saying that most areas in Dundalk has issues...
