Does anybody know what dunboyne houses are for noise and heat insulation point of view.
 
I'd also be interested in hearing peoples views on this as have seen a few housed I like there.
 
I live in Dunboyne Castle (4 bed semi) and we have no problems with noise or heat. In fact my sister-in-law lives in Clonee and she thinks the heat retention in Dunboyne Castle is great.
 
Thanks DB74.Was in Dunboyne csatle looking at some of the detached houses. Liked them, but the ones that were available for sale were very badly overlooked.Is this development fully finished, or there are more houses still being built.
 
All the units are finished AFAIK.

Of the ~ 500 units built, approx 150 are still unsold.

I think the builders are looking for planning for some more at the front of the estate but I can't see him pushing for that with so many units unsold.
