Dunboyne Castle?

Hi All,

I am looking at buying in Dunboyne. We are looking at a three bed detached for €395,000. It is roughly 1300 sq ft has a large back garden and a side driveway. No front driveway.

Can people give me an idea what three beds are getting in the area?

Correct me if I'm wrong but are the management fees not fairly hefty for that estate.?

The Pros and Cons of living in Dunboyne Castle (including management charges) can be discussed but not property prices.

As an auctioneer yourself surely you would have an idea of property prices in this area? If you are new or an inexperienced auctioneer then there are plenty of other property websites out there for you to post your question.
