Dunboyne Castle?

Hi All,

I am looking at buying in Dunboyne. We are looking at a three bed detached for €395,000. It is roughly 1300 sq ft has a large back garden and a side driveway. No front driveway.

Can people give me an idea what three beds are getting in the area?

As an auctioneer yourself surely you would have an idea of property prices in this area? If you are new or an inexperienced auctioneer then there are plenty of other property websites out there for you to post your question.

I sell in Swords and Malahide, I have an idea of current prices but I sell in a completely different area. I was hoping to hear from other buyers/sellers who are familiar with the area. I have now bought the house and am moving in in three weeks time. Managment fee is 400 pa
