Dun Laoghaire area to Docklands Innovation Park

I've to get to Docklands Innovation Park for 9.30 tomorrow morning from the Dun Laoghaire area (can get dropped off at N11 for bus, or else on DART route) and am wondering what is the best public transport to take. From what I hear finding a parking spot there is unlikely at that time of day. Any suggestions appreciated.
 
surprisingly as any time i've used it before it's been useless the dublin bus journey planner has come up with Dart to Tara Street, walk across the bridge then turn right and get bus 151 from custom house quay to pretty much right outside the inovation park.
