Dublin property value decrease since 2009?

Perhaps AAM-ers can guide me on this .....

I'm wondering if there's a good source that has tracked the year-on-year fall in Dublin house prices since 2009?

Using a valuation done for the bank in 2009, I'm guessing that values have probably fallen by around 25% since then (?), but can anyone point to a more precise source?
