Hi All,

A relative has died and their family will be putting the house on the market in the future. They are wondering if the DCC Acquisitions Programme is a good option or would it be best to just meet with a few estate agents and get valuations.

Anyone availed of the scheme and how did it work out?

Just wondering if people have any views to share about their experiences with the scheme such as if there are only certain areas that DCC are interested in purchasing or how people got on with the scheme in general?
