I have recently elected to change our bin provider, given a mix of an unsatisfactory experience with Greyhound and wanting to avail of a promotional offer from the Red Bin Co. New customer account has been opened, bins delivered etc.
Having written to Greyhound now on at least three occassions, I have yet to receive the courtesy of a response to acknowledge my communications, not alone have them come and collect their bins from my home or refund my credit balance on their account. Emails have also been sent, to their designated customer service.
I understand from the following article, that I am perfectly entitled to a refund of my money, but how to do I go about easily enforcing this, can anyone please suggest ?
