Agree with Dublin Texas, you can't have travelled much! When in San Diego last summer the bus service was fantastic, not only the buses arrive on time, at each stop was the time the bus was expected to arrive (instead of what time it leaves the terminus) and the bus drivers were cheerful and couldn't help us enough. Your ticket was also valid for 90 minutes - value for money. I think DB needs a total overhaul, I have come across some lovely bus drivers but a lot of not so lovely. Also I use the bus every day twice a day but there is no point in me buying a bus ticket as I don't pay the maximum fare so I would actually LOSE money by buying it !!! What kind of a service is this? Also its impossible to return your refund tickets, went to change them on a thursday night thinking it might be open for late night shopping, went in on saturday and it also wasn't open !!!! Ridiculous !
