R Riddo Registered User Messages 2 30 Aug 2012 #1 I have mortgage approval for 80k for a house in the country..all good. The apartment I live in Dublin is or sale , and I want to buy it... The bank said I have to wait a year to get a second investor mortgage. It will be gone by then. Can I apply for another mortgage at the same time and draw it down for the apartment ?

So going to purchase it first. Any other way around this without having to wait a year for bother mortgage application advice appreciated. R
